Company Description
Hydrogen Utopia International has the exclusive licence to exploit a pyrolysis technology that was developed by Powerhouse Energy in Poland, Hungary and Greece. It also has non-exclusive rights in all other global regions outside of the UK. The process converts non-recyclable mixed plastic waste into a combustible syngas that can be further processed to yield pure hydrogen. HUI and its engineering partners have considerably enhanced the process to allow the company to market a flexible range of solutions to the global plastic waste problem to municipalities and waste companies worldwide.
Investment Summary
Hydrogen Utopia International has been able to fast track its entry into the waste plastic to hydrogen market by licencing a technology that has already been fully developed. Key to its early commercialisation will be the company’s ability to provide a flexible range of solutions to customers and its ability to access substantial financial project support from environmental improvement grants and zero carbon transition funds. HUI already has a pipeline of potential projects and news is expected soon on initial funding applications.
