Kainos said that their customers continue to maintain investment in digital projects, and trading in the first half has been good. As a result, the Board expects FY results to be in line with the current consensus forecast.
Somero reported H1 revenue -14%. It said that non-residential construction markets remain healthy across other sectors. Some projects have been impacted by delayed project starts and pauses, primarily due to elevated interest rates and tightened bank lending standards. It expects an improvement in H2 and that FY results will fall in line with market expectations.
WANDisco has changed its name to Cirata.
Frasers increased its stake in Bohoo to 9.1%.
