Mike has over thirty years’ experience covering the Financials sector. During his career he has worked as Head of Financials Research at a number of global investment banks including HSBC Group and Bear Stearns International. He was also Head of Equity Research at Oriel Securities. Mike is an Expert Witness and Consultant in the Financial Services sector, and acted as a testifying expert witness on the Lloyds Banking Group shareholder action relating to Lloyds TSB’s 2008 acquisition of HBOS.
