Acquisition of Mission Labs augments offerings
The acquisition of Mission Labs for an initial £40.2m adds recurring revenues from a business which will bring further Cloud Communications and Contact Centre products to Gamma. The deal will increase Gamma’s exposure to two areas where adoption of cloud services continues to accelerate. It will also allow Gamma to accelerate its digital channel strategy and to address fast-growing markets across broader customer bases in the UK – with the added potential to sell into its European markets. We make no changes to estimates ahead of the upcoming final results but note that Gamma expects the deal to be accretive from day one and flags additional investment to deliver greater growth over time.
