Azure deal builds on recent positive news flow

In a significant agreement, Forbidden Technologies has announced a deal to allow the sale of Forscene through Microsoft’s Azure Marketplace, the online store associated with its Azure cloud computing offering. This brings access to Microsoft’s international sales team and provides Forbidden with a new sales channel. Forscene will be the only professional video editing suite available on Azure. This agreement adds to a number of positive announcements. Ahead of the Azure deal, recent contract announcements and the performance in the second half of 2015 suggested that Forbidden had already started to see some early benefits from the more commercially focused strategy introduced following the appointment of Aziz Musa as CEO during 2015. We expect to see more progress reported during 2016.
