In its AGM statement released on 3 July, Distil announced that it has agreed terms with two distributors in the US. These arrangements cover Distil’s Blavod, RedLeg and Blackwoods brands. Distil is awaiting final approval from the relevant US authorities on these distribution agreements, which is expected to be granted by mid- August, at which time the company will give a more detailed announcement. This is positive news for Distil, as it will be able to avail itself of the commercial opportunities afforded by the world’s largest spirits market, thereby underpinning future sales growth.
