Small acquisition and trading on track
Sopheon has announced its first acquisition in roughly a decade: ROI Blueprints (ROIB), a SaaS-based project management business that sells into the enterprise market. The deal will extend Sopheon’s offering in a strategically important direction, and furthers the move towards cloud delivery. The announcement includes a comment on trading for 2021, which is described as “comfortably in line”. We make no changes to 2021 estimates and modest changes to 2022 to reflect the ROIB deal.
